On the other hand, parents have been considered as a first teacher for children at home and the importance of parent involvement is not covered by educational policy-makers and educational scholars. With consider the importance of parental involvement, in this review article, the authors attempted to study the role of parental involvement in achieving educational goals. Thus, we review domestic and international researches of recent 20 years\' in order to identify the role and effect of parental involvement on school affairs and education system, and then classified these effects on two groups. At the end based on the findings, we are offering constructive suggestions to increase parents’ involvement in education system and schools to enhance better result for student outcomes. مدارس اصلی ترین نهاد تعلیم و تربیت قلمداد می گردند و عملکرد موفق این نهاد بدون حضور پررنگ و مشارکت همه جانبه والدین قابل تحقق نمی باشد. از سوی دیگر والدین اولین معلمان کودکان بشمار می آیند و اهمیت مشارکت آنان بر هیچ یک از متخصصان امر آموزش و پرورش و سیاستگذاران آموزشی پوشیده نیست. با توجه به اهمیت مشارکت اولیا در آموزش و پرورش، در این مقاله مروری سعی شده است تا نقش مشارکت والدین در دستیابی به اهداف آموزشی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. از اینرو محققان این پژوهش، با جستجوی دقیق در منابع فارسی و لاتین و بررسی تحقیقات و پژوهش های داخلی و بین المللی بیست ساله اخیر سعی نموده اند عوامل موثر بر مشارکت والدین در امور مدرسه مشخص نمایند و این عوامل را در دو گروه عوامل تاثیر گذار و عوامل تاثیر پذیر دسته بندی نمایند. در انتها با توجه به یافته های این تحقیق، پیشنهاداتی جهت افزایش مشارکت بیشتر اولیاء در امور آموزشی و مدرسه در جهت بهبود عملکرد دانش آموزان ارائه گردیده است. /downloadfilepdf/543844
