The method of research was of the type Correlayions. The statistical population, includes the all of The second - grade high school students in the NoorAbad Sity to Number of 2320 individuals that According Krejcy and Morgan table and to Appropriate proportional sampling method, 330 individuals of them were selected as statistical sample. The research tool is Professional Competencies questionnaire of MollaeiNezhad (1391), Educational Motivation questionnaire of McInnerny (1992), and the grade of the end of the previous year to measure academic achievement. To analyze the data, was used the Pearson correlation coefficient, T Test , multivariate regression of Simultaneous and spss software. according to simultaneous regression findings, The dimensions of cognitive, attitude-behavioral and managerial competence were the predictive power of motivation and academic achievement. Also,The results obtained indicated that at the significant level of 0.01, have a significant and positively relationship among dimensions of teachersʼ professional competencies with motivation and educational achievement in students and There is a significant difference between the views of male and female students on the enjoyment of teachers from professional competencies and academic motivation. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش شایستگی‏های حرفه‏ای معلمان در پیش‏بینی انگیزش و پیشرفت تحصیلی از دیدگاه دانش‏آموزان دوره‏ی متوسطه‏ی دوم شهر نورآباد بود. روش تحقیق، از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه‏‏ی آماری، مشتمل بر کلیه‏ی دانش‏آموزان دوره‏ی دوم متوسطه‏ی شهر نورآباد به تعداد 2320 نفر بود که براساس جدول کرچسی و مورگان و به روش نمونه‏گیری طبقه‏ای متناسب، 330 نفر به عنوان نمونه‏ی آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامة شایستگی‏های حرفه‏ای معلمان ملائی‏نژاد (1391)، پرسشنامة انگیزش تحصیلی مک‏اینرنی (1992)، و معدل پایان سال قبلی برای سنجش پیشرفت تحصیلی بود. برای تجزیه‏ و تحلیل داده‏ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون، آزمون t و نرم‏افزار SPSS استفاده گردید. براساس یافته‏های تحلیل رگرسیون، ابعاد شایستگی شناختی، نگرشی- رفتاری و مدیریتی توان پیش‏بینی انگیزش و پیشرفت تحصیلی را دارا بودند. همچنین، نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که بین ابعاد شایستگی‏های حرفه‏ای معلمان با انگیزش و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش‏آموزان ارتباط مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (01/0 ≥p) و بین دیدگاه‏های دانش‏آموزان دختر و پسر در برخورداری معلمان از شایستگی‏های حرفه‏ای و برخورداری دانش‏آمورزان از انگیزش تحصیلی اختلاف معناداری وجود داشت. /downloadfilepdf/1671421
