In this article, Adleric, cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotional- Behavioral and gestalt therapy. هدف: در پژوهش حاضر که از نوع پژوهش های توصیفی است به اضطراب به عنوان اختلالی هم عرض با اختلال های روانی پرداخته شده است و با مراجعه به مقالات و منابع روان شناختی مرتبط با موضوع و مطالعه آنها به جمع بندی و نتیجه گیری در مورد نشانه های اختلال اضطراب در کودکان، علل به وجود آمدن این اختلال ها، دیدگاه های نظری اضطراب و روشهای مداخله اقدام شده است. نتیجه گیری: اختلالات اضطرابی متداول ترین اختلال روان پزشکی و از جمله شایع ترین اختلال در کودکان سنین مدرسه رو می باشد. شیوع این اختلال از 4 تا 19 درصد در نوسان است و اغلب با اختلالات دیگری نظیر افسردگی، اسکیزوفرنی، خودکشی و سوء مصرف مواد همراه است. از جمله نشانه های اختلالات اضطراب در کودکان، مشکل در پاسخ های شناختی، رفتاری و جسمی آنهاست. مهمترین عوامل به وجود آورنده اضطراب عوامل زیست شناختی و جسمی، عوامل محیطی و اجتماعی و عوامل ژنتیکی و ارثی است. در فرآیند درمان اختلالات اضطرابی انواع مختلفی از مداخلات روان شناختی مورد توجه قرار گرفته شده است که در این مقاله به مداخله ها آدلری، شناختی-رفتاری، عقلانی- هیجانی- رفتاری و گشتالت درمانی پرداخته شده است. /downloadfilepdf/1317617
