This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data, descriptive is a correlation type. The statistical population includes all 935 primary and secondary school teachers of the first and second schools of Urmia. Of which, 272 were sampled by multi-stage cluster sampling. To collect data, Transformation Leadership Questionnaire (T.A.F.S.S.A.A.V.) and Avolive (2000) and Innovative Behavioral Counterterms and Scott and Bruce\'s Inventory Questionnaire were used. Inferential statistical analysis included independent t and one-way variance. The results showed that the viewpoint of teachers was different in terms of the characteristics mentioned. هدف پژوهش حاضر تمییز چشم انداز دبیران با توجه به ویژگی جنسیت مدرک تحصیلی و سابقه خدمت در خصوص رهبری تحول آفرین در ارتباط با رفتارهای نوآورانه در مدارس هوشمند بوده است.این پژوهش از نطر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ گردآوری داده ها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دبیران مدارس هوشمند ابتدایی و متوسطه ناحیه یک و دو آموزش و پرورش شهر ارومیه به تعداد 935 می باشند که از میان آنها نمونه ای به حجم 272 نفر به روش خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه سنجش ویژگی های رهبری تحول آفرین بس و آوولیو(2000) و پرسشنامه رفتارهای نوآورانه کانتر و اسکات و بروس استفاده شده است. تحلیل آماری استنباطی شامل تی مستقل و واریانس یک راهه بود. نتایج نشان داد که دیدگاه دبیران از نظر ویژگی های ذکر شده متفاوت می باشد. https://jonapte.ir/downloadfilepdf/1218085
