This is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of this study is 2242 students of the Faculty of Literature and 325 students were selected based on Morgan\'s table. The instrument used in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire of 34 questions. In this research, inferential statistics (t-test) and descriptive statistics were used. The results showed that the most important structural barriers to joblessness and the lack of appropriateness of these disciplines to the needs of the community, and the most important barriers to the process are the emphasis on the preservation and absence of training workshops and the lack of expertise of the relevant teachers.  The results also showed that these disciplines were most effective in terms of strengthening the spirit of collective participation and creating dynamic and constructive interaction between students. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی موانع ساختاری و فرآیندی و اثربخشی رشته های میان رشته ای علوم انسانی در دانشکده ادبیات دانشگاه ارومیه می باشد. این پزوهش از نوع توصیفی و پیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 2242 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده ادبیات می باشد و نمونه اماری آن 325نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 34 سوالی بود.در این تحقیق از آمار استنباطی (تی تک گروهی) و آمار توصیفی استفاده شد. نتایج پزوهش نشان داد مهمترین موانع ساختاری عدم ضمانت شغلی و متناسب نبودن این رشته ها با نیاز جامعه بود و مهمترین موانع فرآیندی تاکید بر حفظیات و نبود کارگاه های آموزشی و کمبود تخصص اساتید مربوطه می باشد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد این رشته ها بیشترین اثربخشی را از لحاظ تقویت روحیه مشارکت جمعی و ایجاد تعامل پویا و سازنده بین دانشجویان داشته است. /downloadfilepdf/1212502
